Access & Users

Can I access Artifax from anywhere?

Yes. Artifax is cloud-based. You and your team can log in securely from any computer or mobile browser with an internet connection. 

Yes. Your subscription includes unlimited users. Everyone in your organization can have their own login at no extra cost. 

Yes. With role-based permissions, you control what each person can see or edit. 

Pricing & Packages

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on your configuration: how many spaces you want to manage, which modules you use, and the scale of your operations. We’ll work with you to make sure you only pay for what you need.

Absolutely. You can add modules or integrations at any time. Costs are calculated pro-rata for the remainder of your contract.

Implementation and training are tailored to your needs and priced separately. We’ll recommend the right amount based on your team size and experience.

Security & Data

Is our data safe with Artifax?

Yes. Artifax is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), using high-availability infrastructure, automated backups, and disaster recovery. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. 

We are certified under ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 9001 (quality management). We also hold Cyber Essentials certification. 

We host data in AWS regions close to you (UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia) to ensure performance and compliance with data residency requirements. 

Yes. You always own your data, and you can export it at any time.

Implementation & Training

How long does implementation take?

That depends on your requirements such as the size of your team, the complexity of your data, and the modules you’re adopting. We’ll create a clear project plan with you at the start. 

We offer tailored training sessions (remote or onsite) to ensure your team is confident from day one. We also provide ongoing resources like a knowledgebase and video tutorials.

Yes. We’ll work with you to import data from your current systems, spreadsheets, or calendars.

Features & Integrations

Is Artifax just a scheduling tool?

No. Artifax Event is a complete venue and event management platform. It includes scheduling, rentals, resource allocation, reporting, invoicing, client communication, and more. 

Yes. We integrate with widely used platforms (e.g. Outlook, Mailchimp, major accounting systems) and provide an open API for custom connections.

ArtifaxEvent is browser-based, and is optimized for a desktop experience. You can also publish calendars to apps on any device, and use ArtifaxAgora for teams on the move.

Support & Service

How do we get help if something goes wrong?

Our support team is available during business hours in the UK and North America (Eastern Time). In other regions, local distributors provide first-line support. 

We work to published SLAs and prioritise urgent issues. Our customer satisfaction rating is consistently above 99%.

Yes. We release regular software updates and share full release notes so you’re always in control.

Is Artifax GDPR-compliant?

Yes. We comply fully with GDPR and other relevant data protection legislation.

Yes. Every action in Artifax is logged so you can demonstrate compliance and accountability.
