How to complain
Email our Data Protection team at dpo@artifax.com, or write to us at Artifax Software Limited, 5th Floor, 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF. You don’t need to use any particular wording or refer to specific legislation — just tell us what your concern is and how we can contact you.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it, investigate it without undue delay, keep you informed of progress, and write to you with the outcome and the reasons for our decision.
Escalating to the regulator
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your complaint, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
