As a Product Specialist, you’ll help arts and culture organisations run complex events smoothly, streamline their operations, and get real value from the Artifax platform. You’ll design clear, effective system setups, deliver tailored training, and guide clients through best practices that support confident day-to-day use.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver structured, process-led consultancy to configure Artifax products

  • Facilitate online and in-person training sessions

  • Produce accurate specifications for reports and development work

  • Build strong client relationships that support adoption and long-term success

  • Provide phone and email support as part of the helpdesk team

  • Support the Sales team with technical insight and solution design

  • Contribute to client resources, internal documentation, and team training

  • Apply AI tools to enhance delivery and scale best practices

What You'll Bring:

  • Clear, confident communication skills and analytical thinking
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Knowledge of arts and culture workflows, ideally within venues or event-based organisations
  • Familiarity with structured implementation methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2)
  • Confidence with tools like Microsoft Excel and interpreting data
  • Curiosity and a proactive, organised mindset
  • Willingness to explore and use AI to improve delivery
