Faster, more flexible ticket forecasting
Ticket Forecasts have been significantly streamlined in v4.5.1.
All forecasting data is now managed directly within the Seating Plan editor, replacing a multi-layered configuration process with a single, spreadsheet-style view. Seating Areas can be edited inline, forecasts recalculate dynamically, and totals across seats, forecasts, and potential revenue are visible at a glance.
Ticket Types are now centrally configured and applied consistently across seating plans, making it easier to model pricing structures and forecast scenarios without repetitive setup.
Together, these changes make ticket forecasting faster, clearer, and far more responsive to change.
Improved assignment of events to seating plans
Assigning Events to Seating Plans has also been simplified.
A dedicated Events tab now shows all current assignments in one place and allows new assignments to be created using flexible criteria. Seating Plans can be applied to all events, all public events, or selected subsets based on defined rules.
This reduces manual work and helps ensure forecasts stay aligned as programmes evolve.
More expressive event schedules with duration and flexibility
Event schedules are now more powerful and adaptable.
Schedule entries can include durations, automatically creating clear start and end points. Entries can also be defined as fixed or relative, allowing some timings to remain anchored while others move with the event.
This supports more realistic scheduling for complex events where not everything moves together.
Smarter assignment logic using arrangement-level context
Custom Form and Task Set assignments now support Arrangement-level filters when applied to Events.
This allows assignments to respond not just to the event itself, but also to the context of the wider arrangement, such as arrangement type or sales process stage. As a result, forms and tasks can be applied more precisely and only when relevant.
Clearer journey planning and logistics intent
Journey records have been refined to improve clarity and consistency.
Journey purposes are now selected from a defined list, while additional context is captured in notes. Default purposes can be configured by journey mode, reducing repetitive input and improving data quality.
Journeys can also be saved without confirmed transport modes, supporting early-stage planning and placeholders.
Supporting improvements across editing, search, and reporting
This release also includes a wide range of supporting enhancements. These include richer overview tables, improved charge visibility, expanded search capabilities, clearer automation configuration, and faster setup of price code date ranges.
Collectively, these refinements improve efficiency and reduce friction across everyday workflows.
