A new era for Client Success at Artifax
Today marks an exciting milestone for Artifax as Laura McMullin joins our newly formed Client Success team as our first North American Client Success Specialist.
Laura moves into this role after three and a half years as a Product Specialist within our Professional Services team. Her deep product knowledge, sector understanding, and genuine passion for the arts make her uniquely suited for this next chapter.
This transition also represents a significant moment in the maturity of our business. For the first time in Artifax’s history, we now have a role dedicated entirely to helping organizations maximize their return on investment and deepen the value they gain from our products and services. It’s an evolution shaped by our commitment to long-term partnership and to supporting the arts with the care it deserves.
Laura’s journey, and why this move matters
Laura describes her path to Artifax as an unexpected but welcome extension of her arts career:
“When I moved to NYC straight from college to be an actor, I was sure I was going to be in theater for the rest of my life. Jobs have been a constant ebb and flow since then, and I always come back to theater being my main motivator.”
Her work with Artifax has continued that mission:
“Working for Artifax doesn’t feel like a software job. It feels like an arts career. I get to talk to amazing venues and clients every day, and I wouldn’t trade the connections I’ve made for anything.”
Stepping into Client Success allows her to build even deeper relationships:
“I’m so proud to move into a role that lets me bring more value to the organizations I love so much. I’m grateful for my theater beginnings and to all the roles that led me here. Here’s to a new chapter at Artifax as the North American Client Success Specialist — it has a nice ring, don’t you think?”
Why Client Success, and why now?
The addition of a dedicated Client Success function reflects our larger ambition for 2025 and beyond. We want every organization using Artifax to feel supported, understood, and confident they are getting the most from their investment. Although our Professional Services and Support teams will continue to play vital roles, Client Success adds a new capability: proactive partnership.
Throughout Q1, Laura will work closely with teams across Sales, Professional Services, and Marketing. Together, we’ll refine processes, surface clearer insights, and strengthen the data that helps us all grow. As a result, our clients will experience smoother adoption, clearer communication, and more strategic guidance.
Looking ahead
Later this month, the Client Success team will grow again as we welcome Asher Bourke, who will focus on supporting Artifax clients across the UK. Together, Laura and Asher will help shape a new era of partnership, insight, and client impact.
For now, we are thrilled to celebrate Laura’s new role and everything it represents.
Laura — congratulations, and thank you for bringing your passion, experience, and care to this new chapter. We can’t wait to see the impact you’ll have across North America.
