We’re delighted to welcome Asher Bourke to Artifax as our Client Success Specialist, supporting organizations across the United Kingdom. Asher joins our newly expanded Client Success team, bringing energy, empathy, and a deep passion for arts and culture.
Her appointment marks the next milestone in our commitment to providing proactive, long-term partnership across the global Artifax community. With Laura McMullin supporting clients in North America and Asher focusing on the UK, our Client Success function is now fully in motion.
A role that unites passion, experience, and purpose
Asher brings five years of experience in training and consultancy for SaaS products, along with a strong background in arts education. This combination gives her a rare perspective: the technical understanding required to support complex platforms and the human focus needed to help arts organizations thrive.

A growing team for a growing community
Asher’s arrival follows the appointment of Laura McMullin as our North American Client Success Specialist earlier this month. Together, they form the foundation of a global team dedicated to helping clients achieve long-term success with Artifax.
Throughout 2025, they will be proactively reaching out to clients to learn where they’re at, understand where they want to be, and collaborate on Client Success Plans that will help them get there. This outreach will support clearer communication, stronger adoption, and more confident use of Artifax across all departments.
As the team partners with Product, Professional Services, Support, and Marketing, they will help refine processes, surface insights, and strengthen the data that supports our clients and our continued growth as a business.
