Clearer insight into resource and sub-resource bookings

v4.5.2 improves visibility into how resources are structured and costed within events.

Sub-resource bookings are now surfaced more clearly within parent resource bookings, making it easier to understand what has been booked, who is supplying it, and how pricing is applied. This additional depth supports better financial oversight and reduces ambiguity when reviewing complex bookings.

Faster financial updates with bulk charge editing

This release introduces Edit Charges for resource bookings, allowing multiple bookings to be updated in a single action.

Teams can now adjust pricing details across selected resource bookings from both events and arrangement overviews. This significantly reduces time spent on repetitive edits, especially when changes need to be applied consistently across multiple bookings.

Built-in safeguards ensure only eligible records can be edited, protecting data accuracy.

Smarter logistics planning with automated local transport

Logistics Search has been expanded to support the creation of Local Transport Journeys directly from search results.

By selecting relevant accommodation, event, and journey records, teams can automatically generate connected transport journeys between arrival points, venues, and accommodation. This dramatically reduces manual setup and helps ensure travel logistics are complete and consistent.

Additional support for check-in times further improves accuracy when planning complex schedules.

More flexible calendar filtering and status display

Calendar filtering has been enhanced to allow ad-hoc room and room type filtering directly from the calendar interface. This gives users more control over what they see without needing to create or modify saved filters.

In addition, users can now choose how event statuses are prioritised on status calendars. This allows calendars to better reflect operational or commercial priorities, depending on role or preference.

Easier programme assignment across arrangements

Assigning programmes to events within an arrangement has been streamlined.

v4.5.2 introduces a more flexible assignment workflow, allowing programmes to be applied to all events, all public events, or specific subsets based on defined criteria. This reduces manual assignment and helps ensure programming stays consistent across related events.

Supporting improvements across search, reporting, and dashboards

This release also includes a wide range of supporting enhancements. These include richer search results, improved report formatting, new dashboard visibility for confirmed events happening today, and continued refinements across seating plans and event searches.

While subtle individually, these improvements contribute to a more responsive and informative experience across the system.

Strengthening the foundations of daily operations

ArtifaxEvent v4.5.2 reinforces core workflows around resources, logistics, calendars, and programming, helping teams manage complexity with greater confidence and efficiency.
