Contracts move faster with DocuSign integration
This release introduces a new DocuSign integration that brings electronic signatures directly into Artifax. Contracts can now be created or uploaded, routed for review or approval, and sent for signature without leaving the system.
As signatures are collected, contract status updates automatically. Once all parties have signed, the completed document is returned to Artifax Event, ready for reference or reporting. This removes manual downloads, email chasing, and uncertainty around contract progress.
For teams managing high volumes of agreements, this means fewer delays, clearer accountability, and a more transparent signing process from start to finish.
Faster answers with the new Support Assistant
v4.5.9 introduces the Support Assistant, an in-application AI chatbot designed to help users find answers quickly while they work.
The Support Assistant draws only from approved Help Centre content and anonymized support knowledge. It does not access live client data and cannot see personal or organizational information. This ensures guidance is fast, safe, and reliable.
Because the assistant appears directly within ArtifaxEvent, users can ask questions, review guidance, and follow links to relevant articles without leaving their current task. If more help is needed, a support ticket can still be raised directly from the conversation.
A stronger foundation with major performance upgrades
Behind the scenes, this release represents a significant technical milestone. ArtifaxEvent has been fully upgraded to a modern, supported platform foundation, resulting in faster load times, smoother navigation, and improved stability across the system.
Although much of this work is invisible, users will notice a more responsive experience when working with calendars, searches, reports, and complex arrangements. Importantly, this upgrade also ensures ArtifaxEvent is well positioned for future enhancements and integrations.
Clearer booking workflows and better conflict visibility
Several updates in v4.5.9 focus on making resource and event management easier when schedules become complex.
Resource bookings can now be added consecutively without restarting the booking process, saving time for recurring or multi-day events. In addition, new detailed clash notifications provide clearer explanations when conflicts arise, helping users understand exactly what needs attention before confirming changes.
Conflict visibility has also been expanded to additional workflows, ensuring teams see the same clear information wherever overlaps may occur.
Small refinements that reduce friction every day
