Artifax Academy Training Courses

Designed for a variety of job roles and users, we are sure to have a course (or courses) that would be suitable for you. We have designed a programme of course content to teach you the basics and advanced information, tips and hints to really help you bring your Artifax to life and ensure it is the central source of information for your venue. We will be running these courses on a regular basis so use the enquiry form to register for course date notifications. 

We have kept the attendee numbers lower for the more advanced courses so you have more of an opportunity to ask questions and really make the most out of your session. 

The sessions are available with a limited number of spaces, allocated on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to attend please complete the course enquiry form and we will come back to you with the total cost for all your requested courses. 

Please note all the sessions will be held at 10:00 EST/ 14:00 UTC / 15:00 BST and run for two hours.

User Training

There are no pre-requisites to this course

  • Logging into Artifax for the first time

Admin Basic

Recommended prior knowledge – user basics, an understanding of your organisations goals for ArtifaxEvent

Who should attend – Anyone who works with finances at their venue, from putting quotes together for customers to generating invoices this course will give you the confidence to use ArtifaxEvent from beginning to end saving time by not double entering information and using ArtifaxEvent Reports to create professional outputs to customers with ease.

Finance Advanced

We will work through outputs to finance system and how to code your finances from ArtifaxEvent to match. We will also discuss how to run batch invoices to save time by running invoices periodically for everything in the date range rather than individually.

Who should attend – Finance team members looking to integrate systems more closely and save time and double entry. Artifax Administrators or team leads who need to manage batch invoice runs.

Artistic Finances

Recommended prior knowledge – user basics, finance basics

Outcomes – After this session an attendee will be able to create new deals and assign them to arrangements. They will also have knowledge of seating plans to build ticket sales estimates and how to link them to events. When combined with wider finances a settlement can be produced right after a show has occurred speeding up the settlement process.

Who should attend – Programmers and finance users who are in charge of settling with visiting companies.
