Before joining Artifax, Amy spent 13 years working for a prominent Artist and Project Management agency; first as an Artist Manager and later as Head of Operations, overseeing the delivery of logistical support for the company’s substantial roster of artists and performers. She also worked briefly as a diary assistant for a London-based musician’s answering service after graduating from the University of Reading with a BA (Hons) in Music & English Literature in 2002.
Amy joined Artifax in July 2017 as a Client Account Executive, expanding the Customer Services Team. Her responsibilities included looking after existing clients, assisting those looking to upgrade from ArtifaxEventClassic to ArtifaxEvent and helping users to get the most out of our software. She's now our Business Support Manager and is the backbone of Artifax! Looking after many aspects from HR, our Business Management Systems, our legal liaison with our parent company and much more!
