Whether you're a seasoned Artifax user or new to the platform, these eight prompts will guide you through essential steps to ensure a productive and efficient end of 2023 and grant you an easier start to 2024.

Perfect Time for an Audit:

Before diving into the specifics, take a moment to evaluate your current setup. A comprehensive audit of your Artifax configuration can unveil opportunities for improvement. Consider your workflows, user permissions, and system settings. Are there any bottlenecks or inefficiencies that need addressing? This initial step sets the stage for a successful review of your Artifax system. We can always help you with that audit if you are pressed for time.

Pull Mid-Season Reports:

To gain insights into your ongoing events and arrangements, utilise the Event and Arrangement Statistics Reports. These reports provide valuable data on bookings, revenues, and resource utilisation. Mid-season reports allow you to track your performance against goals and make informed decisions as you move forward.

Start Conversations with Other Teams:
