Booking Confirmation: A booking for the summit is only confirmed once full payment has been received by Artifax. Artifax reserves the right to cancel any booking which does not comply with this condition.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:

More than 90 days prior to the start of the conference: 100% of the fees will be refunded.

Less than 60 days prior to the start of the conference: 30% of the fees paid will be refunded.

Less than 30 prior to the start of the conference: The full conference fee will be charged and no refunds will be available. Substitute delegates will be accepted up until noon on Friday 29th September 2023

Liability: Artifax accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by conference attendees or their property during the conference. Attendees are advised to take out appropriate insurance.

Photography / Videography will be taking place throughout the event and you accept that your image / likeness may be used for marketing purposes.

Force Majeure: Artifax shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, acts of God, war, or terrorism.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with any booking confirmation and any amendments agreed in writing, constitute the entire agreement Artifax and the summit attendees, and supersede all previous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acceptance: By booking the summit with Artifax, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
